In collaboration with our US partner, advising Ford on how to ‘Operationalise the Brand Idea’. In other words, how to ensure that in all stages of the model development process -from initial design to assembly - that there was alignment with the Ford Promise. Designing ‘Catalytic Events’ to ensure senior management buy-in across all key divisions.
