What are your hopes and dreams for the business?
What keeps you awake at night?
What will your legacy be?
Answer those questions and you will begin to understand the gap between your vision and your company's behaviour.
Understand the gap and you will begin to close it.
That is what this product helps you to do.
It is our absolute belief that it is by Listening to Leaders that the foundation of the value tcp brings to a company is formed.
Time and again it is the willingness to listen to leaders - to their story, to their hopes and dreams for the business, to what keeps them awake at night, to what will be their legacy - that shapes the final outcome.
Often, this process reveals why the gap between a leader's vision and their people's behaviour remains and why previous attempts using other internal and external methods to close the gap have failed.
But more importantly, it reveals what lies at the heart of the leader's strategic vision for the company because it discovers the link with their own personal belief system.
This is not to do with style or reputation.
It is to do with substance and integrity. Leadership is a challenging and lonely role precisely because there are so many relentless and competing elements that can make or break the success of a leader's vision.
Therefore, in Listening to Leaders we provide the clarity, depth of understanding and opportunity for renewed conviction that leaders require to make their vision a reality.
In fact, our most valuable contribution is to help leaders to 'listen to their own voice', rather than the voice of the analyst or the clarion call of the bottom-line.
Thus, we help to establish in the leader the sustainable behaviour that will lead the rest of their organisation, by example.
Listening to Leaders is the foundation of working with tcp in order to close the gap between vision and behaviour across an organisation.
However, it can be treated as a discrete product because of its place at the start of the process.
Typically, it would require three extended meetings of between two-three hours and one 'homework' session of about two hours for the leader to complete.
In total, the fee for Listening to Leaders is £10,000.
